In this blog post, I’ll introduce you to an advanced method that allows a trained spiritual person to appear as a smoke-like entity, spirit, or ghost to others who are equally trained in spiritual practices. This technique is based on mastering mental focus, controlling energy, and using intention to project your consciousness in a way that others can perceive. These practices are drawn from ancient traditions in occultism, mysticism, and energy manipulation, where the goal is not just to experience out-of-body travel, but to make your presence known in a non-physical form.
The Concept of Spiritual Projection
At the heart of this practice is the idea that you can “project” your consciousness out of your physical body and manifest it in another place. Many spiritual systems discuss the concept of the soul or energy body being able to separate from the physical body—often referred to as astral projection. However, this specific method focuses on appearing as a visible entity, such as smoke or mist, that other spiritually trained individuals can perceive.
The key to this method lies in the ability to:
- Master mental focus to visualize and hold your form as smoke.
- Build and direct your internal energy, often called “life force” or “chi.”
- Set a clear intention to appear in another place and direct your energy to make this happen.
- Enter a deep trance or altered state to project your consciousness.
In theory, this process allows you to appear in a form that’s perceivable by those with heightened spiritual sensitivity—those who are trained to “see” beyond the physical world.

Step 1: Master Your Mental Focus (Meditation & Visualization)
- Goal: Train your mind to control thoughts, focus intensely, and visualize yourself in detail.
- How:
- Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
- Sit or lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and focus on your breathing. Calm your mind completely.
- Visualization exercise: Picture yourself in smoke form. Focus on the details—how you move, the texture of the smoke, the feeling of floating or dissolving into thin air.
- Do this every day until you can hold the image of yourself as smoke or a spirit without losing focus.
Step 2: Build and Direct Energy (Breathing & Energy Control)
- Goal: Gather and control your internal energy (sometimes called life force or “chi”).
- How:
- Use controlled breathing to gather energy inside your body. A simple method is to inhale deeply, hold the breath for a moment, then exhale slowly, imagining that energy is building up in your core (like a ball of light or heat in your chest).
- Once you feel a strong energy presence inside you, direct this energy to parts of your body, especially the head and hands. You want to feel it as a subtle vibration or heat.
- Over time, practice feeling the energy spread throughout your entire body and visualize it expanding beyond you, like an aura or smoke cloud.
Step 3: Set Intention and Command the Energy (Intent Focus)
- Goal: Create a clear intention to appear as a spirit or smoke to others.
- How:
- Set the intention clearly in your mind. Example: “I will appear as a smoke spirit visible to [person/group].”
- Feel the energy you built up earlier and visualize it leaving your body, transforming into the smoke form you practiced.
- Command the energy to shape itself as the smoke entity. The clearer your mental picture, the more effective this is supposed to be. You’re essentially giving the energy an “order” to take on a form that others can see.
Step 4: Enter a Deep Trance or Altered State (Trance Work)
- Goal: Get your mind into a state where you are detached from physical sensations and are able to project outward.
- How:
- Use rhythmic breathing or a mantra to enter a deep trance. A mantra can be anything that helps you focus. Some people use words like “Om,” or you can use a repeated phrase like “I am not here” to help detach from your physical body.
- As you go deeper, you should feel a shift, like your consciousness is separating from your body.
- Let go of all attachment to your physical senses. You should feel like you’re floating or melting away into nothing.
Step 5: Project Your Consciousness (Astral or Etheric Projection)
- Goal: Leave your physical body and project yourself into another location in smoke or spirit form.
- How:
- Once in the trance state, visualize yourself lifting out of your body. Imagine your consciousness rising and taking on the smoke form you practiced earlier.
- Focus your mind on the destination where you want to appear—whether that’s a room full of spiritual people or any specific place.
- Keep the mental picture of your smoke form moving to that place. Visualize yourself appearing before them, moving as smoke, and interacting with them.
Step 6: Hold the Form and Make Yourself Seen (Manifestation)
- Goal: Make your smoke form visible to the trained spiritual people.
- How:
- Once you’ve projected yourself to the desired location, use mental focus to hold your smoke form. Don’t let the visualization fade.
- Concentrate on being seen. Imagine the people you’re projecting to are already looking at you, seeing you as the smoke figure.
- Allow the energy you’ve projected to solidify in their perception—this is where their spiritual sensitivity kicks in. Because they’re trained, they should be able to perceive you more easily.
Step 7: Return and Ground Yourself
- Goal: Safely return to your body and ground your energy.
- How:
- When you feel the process is complete, visualize your smoke form dissolving or fading, then slowly pull your consciousness back to your body.
- Take deep breaths and focus on feeling heavy—fully return to your physical sensations.
- Ground your energy by placing your hands on the floor or some other solid object and imagining all excess energy flowing back into the Earth.
Notes for Success:
- Practice: This won’t work the first time, or even the tenth time. Mastery comes with repetition.
- Mental Discipline: The key is control over your mind and energy. Without this, the process won’t work.
- Belief and Intention: You have to believe it will happen and set a very strong intention for it to succeed. Half-hearted efforts won’t cut it.
- External Factors: The people you want to appear to need to be in a spiritual or meditative state, open to perceiving you.
If you follow these steps in the context of spiritual practices, you’re working within the belief system that this can be done. This is the advanced, step-by-step process based on those principles.
