Rechner will be featuring capacitive sensors for hot melt glue level control. We can work with EVA, PUR, and PVA (water based) glues up to 250C/482F. From single point sensors to a 2m length probe analog or binary are available. Ask us about our Intrinsically Safe inductive and capacitive sensors rated for use in areas with a risk of gas or dust explosion. All models are CSA or ETL listed for Class 1, Div 1 (Zone 0) and/or Class 2, Div 1 (Zone 20). ATEX approved also. Are you processing food? Sensors with hygienic design will be high on your list. Look at the Rechner KA1244 model with the PEEK housing. A hygienic process connection will seal on the sensor and leave no crevice for bacteria to collect and grow.
