Event Schedule

Held at the stunning Wynn on Sunday, May 21, and the iconic Las Vegas Convention Center on Monday, May 22, and Tuesday, May 23, this year’s schedule is filled with opportunities for learning, networking, and inspiration. Here is a glance at the event timeline, though do note that times are subject to change:

• Sunday, May 21, Wynn: Kick off the event with professional development workshops from 1:00 – 4:30 pm. Be inspired by our keynote speaker from 4:45 – 6:00 pm. Join us at the opening reception from 6:00 – 8:00 pm and attend the prestigious ICSC Global Awards Ceremony from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.
• Monday, May 22, LVCC: The exhibit hall is open from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with sessions running from 10:00 am – 4:30 pm.
• Tuesday, May 23, LVCC: The exhibit hall is open from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm, followed by sessions from 10:00 – 11:45 am.

Registration fees vary based on membership status. Register at the Standard Rate until 11:59 pm EST on May 18, 2023. On-Site Rate starts at 12:00 am EST on May 19, 2023.

Please note, all cancellations are subject to fees, and refunds will not be given for cancellations received after May 5, 2023. All requests for refunds must be received by ICSC in writing.
