iPronics Optical Networking Engine

iPronics ONE is an integrated optical switch for AI clusters and data center infrastructure. The Optical Networking Engine enables on-the-fly topology adaptation and extends programmability to physical layer connections. | iPronics has pioneered the field of software-defined photonics and presents the first demo of a lossless optical switch capable of offering all type of switching strategies and processing targeting seamless AI cluster communication and future-proofing data center infrastructure. At this OFC 2024 edition, iPronics showcases its first demonstration of the Optical Networking Engine (ONE) series at its booth #1307. This engine is based on a silicon photonics platform completely controlled by software, which offers point-to-point, point-to-multipoint and signal processing functions with a reconfiguration time faster than 1 ms.
