DexoryView
DexoryView redefined warehouse intelligence and visibility when it was first introduced to the market in March 2023. Dexory has now brought in new innovations to the DexoryView platform, that transforms the solution into a single source of truth to the warehousing and logistics industry. Dexory has introduced modules to DexoryView that broaden the existing features of the solution, whilst adding new functionality to allow businesses to operate with greater efficiency and profitability. These features set a foundation for a robust single source of truth for warehouse management. With the new groundbreaking Optimisation Analysis module, DexoryView drives this next phase by providing advanced, data-driven tools to address key inefficiencies and elevate operational performance.. Offering users unparalleled control over the placement, movement, and accessibility of stock, driving significant operational improvements across space utilisation, slotting adherence, and resource efficiency. Built on real-time data from our AI-driven digital twin, this module ensures optimal stock placement, improves availability, meets OTIF (On-Time in Full), and enhances overall productivity. The DexoryView Optimisation Analysis module introduces five transformative features: Outbound optimiser : Evaluates inventory velocity in relation to prime picking and reserve locations, ensuring fast-moving items are placed in easily accessible areas. This reduces retrieval times while ensuring slower-moving items do not occupy valuable space. Slotting verification: Guarantees compliance with predefined slotting rules, from ABC classification to special handling requirements such as dangerous goods. This feature helps managers verify that items are slotted correctly, reducing risks and improving operational adherence. Consolidation planner: Boosts space efficiency by recommending optimal stock positioning. It consolidates items with similar attributes or requirements while avoiding prohibited pairings, such as mismatched batch codes. This reduces unproductive travel times between storage locations and maximises available space. Replenishment optimiser: Visually maps the relationship between pick and reserve locations to identify inefficiencies. Managers can monitor and adjust replenishment patterns—such as aisle-based or direct stacking—ensuring smooth workflows and minimised replenishment times. Congestion analysis : Identifies high-traffic zones that could pose safety risks or reduce operational efficiency. By monitoring pallet turnover in various aisles, managers gain actionable insights to preempt congestion and improve layout planning, enhancing overall flow and safety.
