SY Electronics was founded in 1983 by Sirous Yazdanian, an electronics engineer with a lifelong passion for providing innovative AV solutions. Revolutionising the field of electronics with the first commercial electronic ballast for fluorescent lamps, he pioneered HDMI over Cat5/6 extenders, and embarked on a trajectory in AV: designing Control panels, Switchers, Matrices and more. Sirous's background in analogue engineering and his meticulous attention to all elements of product design have led him to adopt a hands-on approach throughout every phase of the R&D and production process. Over the years we’ve built enduring relationships with System Integrators, resellers, distributors, and users of SY technology, listening and reacting to their ever changing needs to ensure we’re answering the audio-visual connectivity challenges they face today and tomorrow.
