The system is used by Fire Fighters, Incident Command Staff, Fire Marshals, Emergency Medical Staff, Law Enforcement Officers, and Emergency Managers every day to aid them in their missions to keep their communities safe. Most CAD MDT clients are designed for law enforcement and not designed with the needs of Fire and EMS in mind, resulting in many of the features irrelevant to Fire and EMS. In addition, those interfaces are typically clunky and not user friendly, making it difficult to locate and view critical data when it is needed most. Responder360's dynamic all-in-one interface is designed and tested in the field by Firefighters and EMT's enabling them to quickly and easily view all the information they need while responding to and managing an emergency. There are no servers to manage locally, it is all handled by our powerful cloud based servers, greatly reducing IT costs. Since our app is web-based, maintenance, updates, and syncing data across all users is simple and automatic. All occupancy records, preplans and hydrants are instantly shared with your neighbors that are using the system as soon as you enter them.
