EXPERVAL develops EVA, a SaaS solution for construction project management built around promised, planned and delivered value. EVA connects estimating, planning and execution tracking in a single model. Using parametric modelling based on work units, quantities and assumptions are converted into costs and labour hours, then into a realistic schedule. Actual progress and costs are then used to measure earned value and variances.
