About
One Motion™ magnetic direct drive technology sets the standard for Reliability, Efficiency, Food Safety and Performance. The mag-drive creates rotary motion by applying electromagnetic force to magnets This design eliminates the nooks and crannies caused by conventional motor / gearbox systems where food debris and bacteria is typically found. No energy is lost through gears. Instead, the magnets rotate the shell directly. This one transfer of energy improves efficiency by as much as 54%, which cuts down on production costs and dramatically improves GHG emissions.
