Freeman Launches Generative AI Tool to Elevate Attendee Education 

Global events company Freeman launched Key Takeaways, powered by Snapsight (a Freeman technology partner), a new web-based tool designed to help event organizers increase session impact and enhance attendee learning. Leveraging generative AI, Key Takeaways connects to event audio feeds to transcribe a speaker’s words into text, processing it in real time to deliver summaries on key insights. 

The tool provides not only improved attendee engagement and retention of session content but also comprehensive post-event reports for show organizers offering valuable insights into attendee engagement and session effectiveness. Meanwhile, attendees can view word clouds summarizing session topics and categories, receive key insights from sessions they missed, and share meaningful takeaways on social media.
