A Brief History

The plans to build the Galleria at Sunset were announced in 1987, but construction did not commence until 1995. The mall officially opened its doors on February 28, 1996, and has since become a staple in the Henderson community. In 2013, the mall underwent its first major renovation, followed by an expansion that added several new restaurants, enhancing the overall shopping experience. As of 2024, the mall is managed by Spinoso Real Estate Group.

Spanning over 1,080,208 square feet, the Galleria at Sunset is one of the largest malls in Nevada and features over 140 specialty stores. The mall is home to five department stores, serving as anchor tenants:
